The PE CFO Circle was created by Skill Equity Partners, an independent leadership advisory and executive search boutique focused on private equity, alternative investments and their portfolio companies.

Through our work with investors, portfolio companies and senior executives, we have seen first- hand how strongly CFO leadership influences value creation, transformation and organisational development.

We also understand that many of the most valuable conversations happen outside formal board meetings, recruitment processes and industry conferences. They happen between experienced peers who can speak openly, compare perspectives and learn from one another’s experience.

The PE CFO Circle was established to create that environment for CFOs and senior finance leaders from private equity-backed companies.

Our role is to bring the right people together, curate relevant topics and create opportunities for meaningful exchange and lasting professional relationships.
